For our client from the banking sector, we are looking for Client Communication Officer. The Candidate will responsible, among others for Coordinating various client bulk communications, Reviewing delivered forms, maintaining and tracking Client Communication calendar or also getting involved in various project and initiatives aiming at clients’ experience optimization.

  • your tasks

  • Coordinating various client bulk communications sent by CPB EMEA (via different channels)
  • Working with the Business Requestor to understand background and context of what is to be sent
  • Reviewing delivered forms, mailing content and recipients’ criteria
  • Working with Marketing on the look and feel for every channel (post and digital)
  • Collecting and reviewing data crucial for communication dispatch
  • Making sure appropriate approvals are in place before dispatch to clients
  • Proactively addressing any deficiencies with Front Office representatives e.g. bounced backs, data gaps etc.
  • Maintaining and tracking Client Communication calendar
  • Updating electronic client documents in our central repository
  • Getting involved in various project and initiatives aiming at clients’ experience optimization
  • Sharing best practice and drive client centric solutions
  • what we expect

  • Fluency in spoken and written English (other languages - an advantage).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel
  • Ability to understand new systems quickly
  • Ability to cope with ambiguity & change high adaptability
  • Ability to challenge status quo and continuously optimize processes and tasks in own area of responsibility
  • Good time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines
  • Analytical mind with strong problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge / experience of Banking and Wealth Management products and services (will be an advantage)
  • Degree educated, preferably in a Business Management or Marketing discipline, however exceptional candidates with other qualifications will be considered
