In this role, you have the opportunity to
be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing Learning & Development strategies in the assigned geographic scope (local to global).
You will do it through ensuring effective and high-quality learning delivery, managing the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of programs in line with planned budget, resources and timelines in close cooperation with the Global Business Services, Philips University teams, and other stakeholders.
