Key Responsibilities of Bilingual Contact Centre Associate
Responding to all customer service requirements, agreed telephone service
To aim to resolve all queries on a first call resolution basis
Customers Engagement and Experience
Ability to interact with customers on a personal level
Communicate clearly and effectively during all calls
Provide exceptional customer experiences at every customer touchpoint
Security Assessment and Support
Utilizing Sysnet technology you will assist and / or manage customer profiles to determine their Security and Compliance requirements and complete / maintain the subsequent security assessments to determine security and compliance status
Document all calls thoroughly and correctly
Experience & Minimum Requirements
You speak in one of the following languages : German / Italian / Dutch / French (B2 / C1) and you have a great level of English (B2 / C1) as well as minimum secondary education
Excellent communication skills in both German and English in the both verbal and written forms
Preferably some previous experience in customer service ideally in a contact centre or perhaps in retail either would be great
Ability to work flexible shifts whilst displaying impeccable schedule adherence
A team player with a positive outlook and a passion for customer service
Strong attention to details and the ability to multi-task
Excellent computing skills
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
Interest in Cyber Security and IT fields is a plus
