In this role, you have the opportunity to
implement and improve the Sales Support Process objectives and the day-to-day management of the sales support process ensuring the consistent supply of high-quality services.
You are responsible for
Pro-active collaboration with the account managers, project managers, product managers and other stakeholders
Ensures correct and completeness of quotes within required time frames
Support in organization of transport or order booking, invoicing, incentivization
Provide support with further standardizing and documenting the way of working within the sales team and field service engineers
Monitoring and making changes to all requests sent by stakeholders
Prepare all needed certificates and declarations to fulfill entrusted requests
Ensures correct and completeness of all tasks within required time frames
Actively support with the implementation of continuous improvement, eg LEAN tools such as Kaizen / A3
Follow and improve KPIs and SLAs agreed with all of the stakeholders in order to perfect PLS processes
You are a part of

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Bachelor or Master Degree with relevant work experience
Upper-intermediate English and minimum intermediate in French is a must.
CRM / SAP experience would be an asset
Great communication skills and customer attitude
Motivation to learn and improve
Interested in working in an international environment at the very beginning of the Supply Chain process
Cultural awareness and pro-active behavior
