Responsibilities :

Cooperating with clients to determine their needs and advising them on appropriate issues

Providing relevant information to clients regarding products and their technical issues

Dealing with occurring problems, complaints

Entering data into software and maintain client files

Maintaining statistical and financial records

Meeting profit and sales targets

Requirements :

Fluent languages : German (C1) and English (B2)

Experience in Customer Service or Administration work would be a plus

Open-minded attitude and strong communication skills

Troublesolving skills
