This position is for a sales support person who will support the European sales organization of Honeywell Personal Protective Equipment organization.
The position reports to the Customer Experience Supervisor and matrix reporting to Sales leader for the region.
Honeywell uses SFDC (SalesForce.com) as the standard CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tool, you will use this tool daily.
You will work closely with people at all levels across the European sales organization and in particular with the sales leaders from each geographic region.
You will liaise with multiple functions such as planning, business management and finance.
Key Responsibilities :
Monitor and manage all tender submissions on public administration portals
Manage selected private tenders with key end-users and distributors
Manage tender proposal process by providing and reviewing documentation, technical specifications, T&Cs, and compliance with country specific regulations
Monitor and facilitate pricing approval process
Provide sales support to the Key Account Managers by assisting with product selection, data management, and offer compilation
Provide performance reports and metrics and other data as required internally and to customers
Understand the customer’s business, their needs and goals and identify potential new business
End-to-end contract and tender management
Supporting clients in the Benelux and France
Maintaining service over the years as the main point of contact within Honeywell
Required experience and knowledge
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
Business fluent in written and spoken French and English
3+ years Sales Support or equivalent experience
Expert knowledge / experience with CRM / ERP system business processes
High level of organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Curiosity about technology and how problems are solved.
