ROCKWOOL Global Business Services (RGBS) in Poznań is a multifunctional competence centre of the ROCKWOOL Group (with the headquarters in Denmark), which provides financial, accounting, DIGITAL (IT), HR and Group Technology services for Group entities.

RGBS portfolio in the financial area covers Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Record-to-Report, Master Data and Banking & Treasury.

This is the role

Run and distribute standard sales reports within various stakeholders,

Support in the bonus calculation process for both : customers and sales representatives,

Continuous improvement quality activities and various projects supporting,

Identification of various improvements (best practices, cost reductions, business opportunities),

Prepare monthly reporting package to management teams,

Performing ad hoc reporting and analysis and investigative issues,

Supporting implementation of corporate processes, procedures, applications and dashboard development,

Development of new reporting systems and procedures to meet changing business requirements and needs,

Analyzing and presenting discrepancies to plans and / or change in trends and patterns.

This is what you offer

3 years of experience in controlling or reporting field (education financial background is nice to have),

Minimum 5 years of professional experience,

Solid experience in data analysis and visualization,

Solid MS Office skills (especially advanced Excel level),

Fluent command of English,

Business mindset and acumen,

Independent, goal-oriented, problem solving, flexible and proactive person,

Strong communication and presentation skills and customer-oriented,

Readiness to travel - occasionally,

Strong affinity with automation and data warehouse (SAP BW, SAC, Power Query, Power BI) would be an asset,

Previous continuous improvement experience would be an asset.
