We have an exciting job opportunity for a Head of Global Marketing MEE Cluster in our Global Marketing Department. In this role you will be responsible to drive an integrated external communications strategy in order to grow and maintain brand awareness, drive thought leadership and employer branding;
through a complete mix of digital touchpoints following the customer journey you will increase customer digital engagement and by communication campaigns based on our marketing automation you will support Schneider Electric’s business growth in the market.
With the cooperation of company key stakeholders in the business, managing a team of marketing professionals in Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia and Ukraine and supported by best in class communication agencies, you will be driving and coordinating a broad range of initiatives including brand presence and brand visibility, executive communications, media & analyst relations, social media, events, digital campaigns, customer engagement programs.
What will you do :
Grow strong brand preference and drive positive brand share of voice across owned, shared and earned media. Reach superior level of visibility of company solutions / products / software with positive perception across the country.
Secure proper investment in brand via all communication streams : PR, social media, influencers, events, online marketing, digital engagement, web, portals, apps, etc.
Drive intensive Thought Leadership program and Customer Reference stories through local PR. Build and drive TL strategy based on thorough analysis of the businesses’ potential in key areas relevant to the market.
Coordinate Front Office and company Plants spokespeople to drive external communications excellence. Identify and develop end-to-end story telling opportunities for the Hungarian end market, positioning Schneider Electric brand with key influencers and associations in the communities
Strongly cooperate with HR department on managing Employer Branding and CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) as talent recruitment and talent retention strategy.
Build renowned company image of being top attractive employer for all company premises within the country, both among students, as well as job seekers.
Drive Marketing Planning process from Annual Marketing and Sales Plan priorities defined by the Business Units to Marketing Intelligence quarterly tactical planning and reporting, ensuring optimal use of annual marketing communication budget.
Deploy Marketing Campaigns and programs, covering the full Marcom mix management, supporting new offer launches or existing offer boost, including major events owned or third parties
Drive digital customer journey strategy and prioritization, including engagement programs (events, digital communication, newsletters, apps), web user experience (web satisfaction & search engine optimization) or other digital, hybrid or physical programs.
Influencing tangibly opportunity pipeline and revenues by engaging customers through Sales & Marketing Automation deployment, increasing new marketable, engaged, emailed, nurtured, and enriched contacts
Lead deployment of social media and digital influence strategies across our business on multiple platforms
Build best in class Marketing Team in Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia and Ukraine, hiring, retaining and motivating talented marketing professionals
Experience and skills, we are looking for :
Bachelor’s degree, preferred in communications, marketing and / or management, MBA considered as a plus
10+ years’ in communications (Brand, PR, Digital Marketing), knowledge of Marketing Automation Systems as a plus
High level of self-initiative, pro-active management, and leadership skills
Proven track record of developing innovative and disruptive communication strategies
Experience managing external contributors (agencies). Ability to effectively interact at all levels of the organization from senior level executives to all others
Superior ability in planning resources to effectively support business strategy, be highly organized, efficient and collaborative
Strong influence and presentation skills with ability to conceptualize, write, and present compelling stories for a wide range of audiences
Experience in employer branding is considered a plus
Strong Team working and Team building attitudes
Able to constructively work in a multifunctional team and with global teams and different cultures & needs.
Strong English communications - written and verbal and either Polish or Czech
