Your field of responsibility

This is an excellent platform for anyone with high interest in Payroll, Insurance and Benefits topics with a chance to gain and improve the skill set for a detailed know how across different HR processes.

You coordinate and manage work with professionals in Human Resources (HR) and internal and external business partners. In this role, you will support and learning the new processes in the Team Extension in Wroclaw after deploying different Payroll and Insurance processes.

You will provide documentations and manuals for you and the team. Your responsibilities also include the managing the monthly payroll reports, projects and initiatives e.

g., digitalization, audits and system improvements in collaboration with the teams in Wroclaw / Switzerland and HR SME’s.

You will report directly to the line manager from the Swiss Payroll & Benefits Operations Team based in Zurich.

Your skills and experience

You’ll be a good match, if you have :

  • Around 3 years of proven experience in Payroll Social Security.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS-Office applications (especially Excel). Proven experience with HR information systems (e.g. PeopleSoft), Case Tracking Tools and DocuSign beneficial.
  • Outstanding communication skills and excellent command of German and English. French or Italian are beneficial.
  • The responsibility for the child and family allowances process including decision taking in accordance with legal regulations.
  • Results-oriented approach for analytical problem solving as well as holistic thinking combined with the flexibility in working with all organizational levels.
  • Proven ability to manage work in a fast-paced environment and under tight deadlines.
  • An independent and structured way of working, attention to detail with a high degree of confidentiality and accountability.
  • Strong team-player with a hands-on approach to manage work and be directly involved in daily execution.
