You coordinate and manage work with professionals in Human Resources (HR) and internal and external business partners. In this role, you will support and learning the new processes in the Team Extension in Wroclaw after deploying different Payroll and Insurance processes.
You will provide documentations and manuals for you and the team. Your responsibilities also include the managing the monthly payroll reports, projects and initiatives e.
g., digitalization, audits and system improvements in collaboration with the teams in Wroclaw / Switzerland and HR SME’s.
You will report directly to the line manager from the Swiss Payroll & Benefits Operations Team based in Zurich.
