have high organizational skills and experience in project management (min. 1 year),
have knowledge of sales processes, especially in customer journey area,
have well-developed strategic, organizational and decision-making skills,
have experience and knowledge of the digital and omnichannel environment,
are passionate about providing services and support to managers, co-workers and organization in order to improve business,
are customer-oriented and have knowledge what is the impact on the customer when acting and propose solutions,
have good understanding of data science, analytics and their wide-ranging application in business context,
are experienced in resolving problems, and creating a win-win outcome,

lead and drive the Customer Service Centre Transformation Agenda,
set up, follow up and deliver agreed projects,
actively cooperate with all key stakeholders in country and global organization,
develop the offer approach in a multi-channel way by applying an end-to-end understanding of the consumer journey across channels,
co-operate with team members in other and own unit to accomplish common goals,
be an active player in driving an open and sharing climate,
be a role model of the IKEA values and contribute to the transformation of IKEA,
