    As part of Manufacturing , you’ll use your skills, our systems and a wide array of raw materials to help create the delicious finished products our consumers love.

    While taking ownership in your area of work, you’ll also ensure the safety of yourself and your colleagues while producing our top-

    quality products reliably and efficiently within our integrated supply chain.General purpose of the Process Engineer position is to keep safety as top priority positively influencing the process efficiency and development of the plant.

    You will be a key driver in continuous improvement activities in line with a framework focusing on quality, cost reduction, customer service, safety and employee morale.

    Main Responsibilities :

  • Comprehensive technical support of the overall production processes
  • Troubleshooting of process disturbances, identifying resolution and implementing corrective and preventive measures
  • Providing subject matter expertise in supporting process and product related investigations, execute CAPAs and provide input to process and equipment change controls to ensure robust and capable solution
  • Driving an innovation projects including implementation and technical support in New Product Development initiatives
  • Performing process monitoring and data analysis, and data preparation for presentation in several forums including project team meetings
  • Leading processes improvement and support in Continuous Improvement initiatives
  • Supporting operational team to ensure a safe work environment.
  • Creating the technological documentation (procedures, instruction cards)
  • Requirements :

  • Engineer Degree preferred : Chemistry, Process Engineering or Food Technology
  • At least 1,5 year experience in process engineering in FMCG business
  • Knowledge and practical experience of process capability (IL6S, standard running condition development and control)
  • Co-operative and communication skills
  • Very good knowledge of English (including technical English)
  • Fluent Polish
