Job Description

  • Taking part in transition from Canada to Krakow;
  • Providing excellent customer service to our customers and Sales team;
  • Work with business partners to make sure their needs addressed;
  • Accurate entry of orders, returns and other data into ERP system;
  • Providing returns order status information to customers;
  • Communicating order changes in a timely and professional manner;
  • Providing basic technical product information
  • Supporting customer service related requests
  • Following established processes and procedures for order processing;
  • Manage the team and distribute appropriately workload;
  • Monitor the queues to ensure critical cases addressed;
  • Act as escalation point for business partners;
  • Basic Requirements

  • Excellent Business English and communication skills
  • Ability to work on mixed shift approach ( 9 - 5 pm , 3- 11 pm) to be able to provide support to customers in North America market
  • Minimum 4 year of work experience in relevant field and customer focused environment
  • People management experience in a plus
  • Self-motivated, with an aptitude for customer satisfaction
  • Detail oriented, organized and a strong multi-tasker
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Collaborative, likes to work in teams
  • Good Problem Solving Skills
  • Proactive
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • University degree (bachelor of business administration / master)
  • Preference will be given to candidates with the following skills and experience :

  • Order Management experience in a high volume environment
  • Experience using SAP and / or Sales Force
  • Experience with a hardware, software manufacturer or logistics
  • Experienced
