GBM Project Coordinator
What can you expect?
The purpose of this job is to provide implementation, ongoing, and renewal operational support to internal and external parties by serving as a business process subject matter expert (SME).
Responsibilities include executing project management and process development tasks as part of an operational support team.

We will count on you to :
Support implementation of clients, ensure key activities are completed and internal / external parties are aligned
Ensure local brokers adhere to Rules of the Road
Provide renewal directions / compiling project timelines
Outline data / reporting expectations
Work closely with admin team on client’s projects
Peer review and share deliverables to client
Support IBD training as well as sales opportunities
What you need to have :
2+ years of work experience in a similar role
Ability to manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
Demonstrated success in performing analysis in Excel, communicating to senior leadership, drafting PPT slides
Excellent communication and negotiations skills
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a demanding work environment
What makes you stand out :

Working proficiency in German
