In the role of Senior Investor Services Administrator you will be responsible for :
Processing investors transactions
Generating investors and clients reporting
Communication with both investors and internal clients regarding investor investment activity
Servicing multiple clients in centralized teams model
Promoting risk awareness, assessment and control within team
Providing training and support to A1
Participating in testing and implementation of improvements
To be successful in this role, your experience should include :
1,5-2 years of relevant fund industry experience
Degree in Accounting or Finance or Business related area would be an additional asset
English on proficient level
Strong analytical skills
Working knowledge of MS Office especially Excel
Ability to multitask and perform tasks effectively within strict client deadlines
Ability to work on your own initiative
