The Warsaw office was established in 2008 and comprises two business lines : a dynamically growing International Operations Centre (SSC) providing asset and fund services for a number of locations across Europe and local custody & clearing business offering broker-

dealers, global custodians and investment banks a full local clearing, settlement and custody solution in Poland.

For activity within BNP Paribas Securities Services in Poland which is an exciting, dynamic and growing operation centre in Warsaw we are looking for candidates who are willing to apply for the position of :

Team Leader in Learning&Development Team

Key responsibilities :

  • Manages L&D team on a daily basis by performing tasks allocation, performance management, time management, discussing and resolving problems, carrying out performance reviews, etc.
  • Manages, designs and expands the comprehensive training offer (incl. regular in-house and external trainings, lunch & learn sessions, induction trainings, team building sessions, etc.
  • based on both the organisation's and the individual's needs

  • Liaises with training providers and trainers
  • Amends and revises training programmes as necessary, in order to adapt to changes occurring in the work environment
  • Identifies training and development needs within an organisation through job analysis, appraisal schemes, PDPs, and regular consultation with business managers and colleagues from the Human Resources department
  • Designs and conducts soft skill’s training and development programs based on both the organisation's and the individual's needs and available tools and competencies, and conducts team building trainings for the teams
  • Monitors and reviews the content and quality of training programmes through relevant tools (i.e. questionnaires, KPI’s, feedback, etc.
  • and discussions with managers

  • Manages planning and supervision of the implementation of the training budget
  • Manages current and new HR projects and initiatives, mainly related to the L&D
  • Participates in the development of internal procedures and optimization HR processes related to L&D
  • Helps line managers and trainers solve specific training problems, either on a one-to-one basis or in groups as well as devises individual learning plans
  • Requirements :

  • Very good English (oral and written)
  • Knowledge of the Learning and Development industry in Poland
  • Experience in managing the staff
  • Understanding of project management principles and experience in delivery of multiple training projects
  • Credible experience in relationship management with business managers and HR professionals
  • Intermediate to advanced level on Microsoft packages with a readiness to learn new packages
  • Experience in conducting soft skills training, and team building sessions for staff
  • Excellent communication (oral and written) and presentation skills
  • Strong team player who can remain positive during challenging assignments and balance priorities when necessary
  • Able to impact and effect positive change with a flexible, open-minded, positive approach
  • Personal integrity and ability to handle sensitive and confidential issues
