Your tasks at the GIVT board :
Answering customer inquiries regarding the handling of their affairs
Handling of incoming and outgoing correspondence via different channels
Verification of collected documents
Preparing and completing needed documents
Co-creation of new processes and procedures in Operations Department
Cooperation with all company departments for efficient and comprehensive customer service
Who we're looking for :
Knowledge of both English and Polish at B2 / C1 level
Openness to changes
Willingness to learn new things and work in a team
High personal culture and very good work organization
Accuracy and independence
Responsibility for handling cases at every stage of the process
