What is the Treasury AccountingCash & Control Money Movement & Client Reporting team responsiblefor?

The Money Movement and Client Reporting (MM / CR)team within Treasury Accounting Cash & Control (TACC) department isresponsible for reporting shareholder activity processed by the US and Canadiantransfer agencies to various internal and external clients.

The TACC MM / CR team works closely with boththe TA and FTS teams to resolve exception items, process manual adjustments toshareholder activity and provide confirmation of activity in order to ensureall data reported to clients is accurate and timely.

The Supervisor will oversee and monitor thedaily & project work of Analysts & Senior Analysts in the St.Petersburg & Poznan TACC MM / CR sites.

Working hours : 1.00 PM 10.00 PM

What are the ongoingresponsibilities of a Supervisor?

Daily Operations

  • Supervise the daily workflow within the team to ensure accurate and timely reporting of shareholder activity to clients
  • Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, internal controls, rules and regulatory requirements
  • Ensure staff is consistently meeting established deadlines and resolving inquiries
  • Maintain and monitor staff utilization on a monthly basis, reallocating staff to other daily work as needed
  • Ensure all reporting issues are escalated appropriately and in a timely manner
  • Risk Management

  • Create & implement plans to reduce risk for TACC MM / CR
  • Immediate escalation to Manager if a function has led to an error
  • Initiate incident reports as needed
  • Coordinate business continuity plans with senior analyst staff
  • Ensure audit reviews are completed on time and answer follow up questions as needed
  • Project Leadership

  • Oversee all fund event and project work completed by senior analyst staff to ensure it is accurate and on-time
  • Develop, design & implement new workflows as needed based on changes in daily work as a result of fund events & projects
  • Provide manager with status updates covering all current and future projects
  • Act as the TACC MM / CR lead for projects when assigned.
  • Coordinate system testing as needed
  • Assign senior analysts as project leads for each project & fund event
  • Ensure overall success of fund events & projects from a TACC MM / CR perspective
  • Staff Leadership & Development

  • Supervise analyst & senior analyst staff located in two sites with varying levels of experience
  • Conduct staff performance evaluations
  • Communicate corporate & business unit goals to staff and ensure staff IPPs are updated accordingly
  • Monitor staff training needs and career development
  • Conduct interviews & provide hiring recommendations to manager
  • Lead global weekly staff meetings covering all daily work and projects
  • Actively build and sustain D&I Culture via regular communications, conversations and actions

    What ideal qualifications, skills andexperience would help someone to be successful?

    Education & Experience

  • Master’s Degree or equivalent experience (Preferred)
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience (Required)
  • 2+ years of supervisory experience either directly supervising employees or acting as a senior team member & resource leader in a team setting.
  • Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Fluent in English
  • Ability to effectively lead both local and off-site staff and with varying levels of experience
  • Ability to communicate to all levels of management in various FT departments
  • Strong problem-solving skills & ability to resolve complex issues
  • Business management knowledge to implement processes, products, or services, and technical expertise to apply functional / process knowledge to diverse issues.
  • Strong technical and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of business process improvement best practices and ability to use methods for identifying, evaluating, introducing and implementing more efficient approaches to performing business related activities.
  • Ability to work on multiple deadline orientated tasks & prioritize the most important in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel)
  • Ability to set direction and guide staff to desired results
  • Ability to influence within TACC MM / CR & across FT
