Location : Chorzów You will use program management skills to oversee and manage customer relations and development programs.

You will be responsible for managing development programs and supporting all aspects of the business relationship between company and the customer(s).

You will achieve required cost and schedule adherence, scope management, export compliance, and Integrated Product Delivery and Support compliance.

Key program performance metrics include Estimate at Completion fidelity, Cost Performance Index, Schedule Performance Index, On Time to Request, Accounts Receivable.

You will develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, stakeholders, and influencers. The position will require to

Continuous review and update of workforce planning to meet demand

Lead Capacity and improve Capability

Handle On time to request (OTTR), Escapes

Effective tier management process

Develop Leader standard work and Standard work package for each employee

Daily communication with direct employees, Regular career development discussions,

Communication link between production teams and Site management.

Develop safe working environment

Requirements

Experience working with Primavera or Microsoft Project

Great communication skills

Experience with managing large, complicated project in industrial environment

Minimum 5 years of project management

Leadership experience

Experience developing a team

Experience with Problem Solving techniques

Conveys information with transparency and directness

Medium level Computer proficiency

Willingness to consistently take the initiative to get things done
