Basic IT knowledge and first working experience (Office365, SAP, User & Password Management, Client Hardware, Network, Desktop Application, iOS, Web Browser and Operating System)
Customer service and solution delivery orientation
Friendly and professional attitude
Ability to learn quickly
Willingness to develop within IT sector
Fluency in French
Fluency in Italian or Spanish
Proficiency in English
WHAT WE EXPECT
In this position, your main duties may include, but are not limited to the following :
Providing highly skilled user support for client hardware, Windows operating system and Office environment to complete workflow tasks, incidents and request in a cost-efficient manner
Striving for a high 1st level support solution rate to gain high level of user satisfaction
Informing pro-actively IT users about the status of their request and if necessary coordinating with other teams involved according to the urgency of the request
Capturing and updating requests in the corresponding ticketing system (change order, incident or requests)
Documenting problem solutions and continuous maintainaning of internal knowledge database
