Your field of responsibility

The role responsibilities include :

  • Work in a dynamic team environment at the center of group-wide and executive compensation strategy and decision-making
  • Responsibility for producing quantitative analysis and reports
  • Involvement in process management and data control and managing ad hoc projects
  • Experience in drafting and revising compensation disclosures such as the compensation policy and compensation report
  • Opportunity to manage and lead all aspects of automation of processes, reports and templates, as applicable
  • Development of research and analytical skills
  • Development of knowledge of peer practice and market trends

    Your skills and experience

    We are looking for :

  • Minimum two years of proven experience in areas such as finance, legal, accounting, strategic or business consulting. Proven Compensation experience within financial services would be a plus
  • Master or Bachelor’s Degree
  • Outstanding communication skills and proficiency in business English (both spoken and written), German an advantage
  • Proficiency in using MS Office software, particularly PowerPoint and Excel and ability to work with large data spreadsheets
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills, proven ability to manage problems and take initiative to deliver solutions that are fit for purpose
  • Hardworking, results-oriented individual with attention to details, strong work ethic and an organized approach to managing multiple priorities and tight deadlines
