The role responsibilities include :
Work in a dynamic team environment at the center of group-wide and executive compensation strategy and decision-making
Responsibility for producing quantitative analysis and reports
Involvement in process management and data control and managing ad hoc projects
Experience in drafting and revising compensation disclosures such as the compensation policy and compensation report
Opportunity to manage and lead all aspects of automation of processes, reports and templates, as applicable
Development of research and analytical skills
Development of knowledge of peer practice and market trends

Your skills and experience
We are looking for :
Minimum two years of proven experience in areas such as finance, legal, accounting, strategic or business consulting. Proven Compensation experience within financial services would be a plus
Master or Bachelor’s Degree
Outstanding communication skills and proficiency in business English (both spoken and written), German an advantage
Proficiency in using MS Office software, particularly PowerPoint and Excel and ability to work with large data spreadsheets
Strong quantitative and analytical skills, proven ability to manage problems and take initiative to deliver solutions that are fit for purpose
Hardworking, results-oriented individual with attention to details, strong work ethic and an organized approach to managing multiple priorities and tight deadlines
