You will play a key role in strengthening our country IS team, supporting directly the business management team overlooking support services provided by Vendors.
Reporting to local ERP Manager, you will be part of Lodz / Warsaw team responsible for analyzing key data and providing valuable insights to support business.
Be a single point of contact in the area of SAP BI (SAP BW and SAP NetWeaver Portal, SAP BusinessObjects);
Overlooking the overall SAP Business Intelligence support provided by Vendors for users in Poland
Organize implementation of system changes and corrections i.e. a new reporting content, InfoCubes, reports etc;
Inform about activities that may impact SAP Business Intelligence users and systems;
Assist other SAP Functional Analysts, Application Managers on daily basis including advise best practices;
Prepare activities plan based on Project Calendar and inform the business management team about upcoming deadlines;
Prepare and update the system documentation;
Provide supporting documentation related to SOX controls on request;

Experience with SAP Business Intelligence systems or other SAP technology at least for one year;
Knowledge about SAP ERP processes i.e. O2C in SAP, basics of ABAP;
Knowledge and experience in the area of Project Management;
Organized, self-disciplined and timely in handling administration and paperwork associated with the job, bringing efficiency and speed to the process;
Attention to detail;
Effective team player with excellent communication skills;
Experience in writing and maintaining documentation;
Good user knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel skills;
Fluency in spoken and written English;
Nice-to-have : experience as Microsoft Power BI consultant or technical SAP systems administrator.
