Purpose & Overall Relevancefor theOrganization :

Ensuresustainable and profitable market share and net sales growth in theFashion channel while driving the positioning of all adidas brandsby Wholesale distribution channels in line with the Western EuropeBrand & Channelstrategies.

KeyResponsibilities : General :

General :

  • Maximizemarket share, sales of all adidas brands with respectivecustomers
  • Set objectives, strategies andtactics including translation into action and business plans perchannel jointly with Channel head
  • Implementstate of the art of account management
  • Workclosely with other departments to develop a winning strategy forincreasing market share across the CEEcountries
  • Optimize individual accounts’profitability results
  • Implement a long termCommercial Excellence strategy for the Fashion channel / account ofresponsibility, in line with Channelhead
  • Monitor and track performance of theFashion sales channel / account while anticipating and proactivelymanaging trends and changes inperformance
  • Drive the monthly sales forecastprocess in line with Channel head for the IBPplanning
  • Take responsibility for the analysisof the Fashion sales channel / account in order to spot trends,resolve problems and to correct any procedural errors beingmade
  • Measure and report on customers sellthrough, on adidas / Reebok orderbook, while maximizing sell outs onfull price
  • Monitor competitors activitieswithin our customers environment and propose win-win action plansto increase market shares
  • To achieve short, midand long term business targets
  • Continuouslyimprove and develop key sales & customer service processes toprovide excellence in service and efficiency in theorganization
  • Take part in cross functionalprojects / processes inCEE

  • Salesmanager with proven track record of successfully managing accountsin mid to large sales organization
  • Be able towork in virtual teams
  • High analytical skillsfor strategy development, business planning decisionplanning
  • Strong interpersonal skills - verygood communications and negotiating abilities as well as highpresentation and relationship management
  • Highdegree of commercial and business acumen knowledge (e.g. sales,retail, trade marketing, customer service, finance andcontrolling)
  • Mental flexibility, initiative anddetermination
  • Fluent in written and spokenlocal language Polish - as well as English. Skills and abilitiesin other languages are an added plus
  • RequisiteEducation and Experience / Minimum Qualifications :

  • Master degree, preferably in businessadministration ormarketing
  • Functional : >
  • 3 years’experience in sales, marketing and / or consultingarea

  • Industry : consumer driven, ideallyapparel / fashion / shoes or FMCG
  • Leadership : (none)
  • Exposure : sports / fashion
