Currently, we are looking for an Customer Service Associate to join our team and support us in daily tasks.

  • Nice to have :

  • experience in a similar position,
  • Spanish language proficiency (it is an advantage but is not required)
  • Your responsibilities :

  • conducting e-mail correspondence, video calls and telephone conversations with clients in English,
  • preparation of official letters,
  • analyzing and checking the documents needed to obtain Polish citizenship,
  • preparing the client's case by creating a list of documents and collecting necessary information,
  • delivering on commitments, managing expectations & keeping clients informed on the progress taking clear accountability and ownership throughout the whole process,
  • supporting a legal advisor in organizational matters related to the office development,
  • contacting Polish consulates.
  • Our requirements :

  • professional communication skills and a positive attitude to teamwork,
  • experience in writing formal letters,
  • proactive approach and ability to take own initiative,
  • effective time and task management,
  • outstanding interpersonal skills : troubleshooting, establishing relationship with the client,
  • ability to prioritize multiple tasks & work with deadlines,
  • fluency in Polish and English (C1 / C2 level),
  • university degree (administration studies preferred) ,
  • very good knowledge of the MS Office environment and quick assimilation of work skills in various applications and IT systems (e.g. CRM).
