You will work out of Gdansk and report into our headquarters in Denmark.

Leading excellence within Reward management

As Reward consultant, you will be co-responsible for designing, developing and executing various customized Global reward and performance solutions. This includes :

  • Position evaluations (IPE)
  • Bonus programmes
  • Salary adjustments
  • Benefits
  • Performance management
  • Training and communication
  • You will be part of a team with 7 passionate specialists who both drive and develop Arla Food’s processes within the Reward, Performance and Mobility area.

    We always strive to be a high performing team, which is known for best practice within our function. Your physical workplace will be at Arla’s Shared Service Centre in Gdansk, but you will report to the head of Global Rewards in headquarters, located in Denmark.

    HR specialist with vast experience in Reward Management

    You hold a degree within HR, Economics or equivalent. Your career has provided you with solid experience within Reward Management from a Global Organisation.

    You have strong skills within data management and analysis experience with HR systems is seen as a distinct advantage and you are a master in Excel.

    You have experience with position evaluation, base salary management and benchmarking, and have a thorough knowledge of compensation and benefits elements in general.

    Finally, you have excellent English skills, both written and spoken.

    As a person you are outgoing and take pride in developing the business in their understanding and application of the Reward elements through presentations, workshops, day-

    to-day sparring etc. You have a natural sense of urgency and are prepared to walk the extra mile to meet he ambitions.

    With your flexible and persistent attitude, you build lasting relationships with stakeholders by using your strong drive and personal impact.

    You work independently as well as in a team and have experience of driving and managing your own projects.
