R&D HR Associate
In this role you will
Prioritise, organise and support initiatives of R&D HR Leadership Team and balance the competing interests of both internal and external stakeholders.
Provide project planning and management for projects and R&D initiatives.
Translate key strategies and objectives to clear workstreams
Lead the development, implementation and embedding of key performance measures and generate data insights.
Utilise visual dashboards to manage and track key deliverables for the business and core HR processes (including managing supporting data, generating reports and insights).
Consult directly various HR teams across the GSK in order to ensure HR model is being leveraged effectively and promote principles of driving work to the right level within R&D
Initiate subsequent follow-up meetings and communication for key stakeholders, produce timely and accurate minutes.
Our R&D HR Leadership Team (RD HRLT) is responsible for delivery of key projects and initiatives across HR and the business.
You will work directly with and support RD HRLT in project management, governance, data management and communication.
Qualifications & Skills :
3 + years relevant experience and understanding of HR Operating Model, governance structure and key processes
Advanced Analytical skills with ability to generate reports and insights
Full proficiency in English
Advanced Excel skills
Excellent relationship management and interpersonal skills in order to influence across geographies and boundaries in a matrixed structure
Ability to work well in high pressure deadline driven environment
Broad view of strategic challenges and opportunities across R&D businesses
