Mission
Creates and develops sound, coherent and inspiring brand strategies
Plans and conducts research
Communicates findings and recommendations in a clear and compelling manner in written, oral and presentation forms
Creates positioning concepts and mood boards, and other research materials when necessary
Leads internal brainstorming sessions and conducts strategic workshops with clients
Creates final strategic concepts and platforms (together with the senior strategist) using Dragon Rouge strategic tools
Delivers creative briefs, monitors designers work to ensure client’s strategy is successfully transferred across the team
Partners effectively with all departments to ensure delivery of on-time, high-quality deliverables that address all relevant clients’ requirements
Works with client service team to proactively propose inspiring ideas / insights to drive the development of relationships with clients
Interacts in a positive, professional and motivating manner
Writes case studies, white papers and presentations
Runs external trainings and seminars

Ability to present complex issues in a simple and clear manner
Strong analytical skills and ability to draw conclusions from numerous data
Good understanding of marketing research tools, experience in conducting research
Strong presentation skills
Good organizational skills
Able to support and inspire designers to translate brand strategies into breakthrough design solutions
3+ years experience in brand consulting agency, strategic department in advertising agency, or 4+ years experience in a marketing department
Master s degree; preferably in marketing, management or sociology
Fluent Polish and English
Very good Microsoft Office skills
