HR Operations Specialist with French

  • What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Support the MyP&O Operations Manager with daily operational P&O services support and be the first point of contact for MyP&O Analyst questions and issue escalation;
  • Build country process expertise to support respective team’s services and be able to drive CI initiatives (CI);
  • Represent MyP&O Operations in collaboration with downstream functions (Payroll, Time & Attendance, Local Benefits, etc.
  • including integrations troubleshooting;
  • Ensure proper level of knowledge about standards, process requirements, known issues and errors, proper systems usage and quality service provision among the analysts in order to minimize escalations and ensure KPIs delivery;
  • Monitor Team operational results and support MyP&O Operations Managers in driving insights from the data;
  • Support the Operation Lead in the implementation of governance policies and procedures to ensure transactions are in adherence to Mars established guidelines and business processes;
  • Manage inquiries and transactions during periods of high volume and act as a back up to MyP&O Analysts;
  • Maintain operational documents used to perform daily tasks, ensure knowledge about processes / steps / responsibilities is properly captured and documentation is updated in a timely manner;
  • Actively looks for areas of improvement to identify Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives;
  • Depending on CI inititatives either manage the projects or act as SME representing country expertise.
  • Who are we looking for?

  • 2+ years of experience in Shared Services, Call Centre, Service environment
  • Fluent in English, French and very good knowledge of Polish are a must;
  • Familiarity with HR Systems, processes and practices;
  • Experience in a HR Operations Analyst role would be a great asset;
  • Ability to navigate with proficiency across various HR Systems (i.e.,WorkDay & ServiceNow) and deliver high quality customer service;
  • Experience with WorkDay and / or ServiceNow or other HR system is crucial;
  • Excellent communication skills. Connect and communicate effectively with all levels of associates across the organization;
  • Comfortable working across cultures and time zones to get results through project teams in an international operating environment;
  • Ability to handle and maintain confidential & sensitive Information.
