  • very good Spanish and English language skills
  • advanced knowledge of SAP / R3 HR environment
  • competent knowledge of Personnel Administration and Payroll processes
  • consolidated expert knowledge in taxation of law and social insurance to maintain the data in the SAP / R3 HR System in preparation for the Payroll run
  • iIdeally expertise in special topics like garnishments, pension funds and partial retirement
  • maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, especially when working to urgent deadlines
  • ability to organize and prioritize a high volume of daily duties
  • ability to communicate and partner with co-workers across all levels of the organization
  • flexibility and ability to work in a fast-changing environment
  • good capabilities as a team player and in knowledge sharing
  • proficiency in working in a Windows-based computer environment and with Microsoft Office

  • to deliver high-professional, accurate, timely, compliant and consistent services
  • ensure that Personnel Administration / Payroll processes are in line with global processes / directions, legal and taxation standards, collective tariff agreements, country-specific requirements and comply with legislative obligations and internal auditing requirements
  • entering payroll and personal data into SAP according to the documents received on time, and according to the procedures
  • making simulation of salaries
  • preventing, controlling and correcting potential errors in payroll calculation
  • take over responsibility to perform special topics like garnishments, pension, partial retirement, etc.
  • produce corresponding documents according to service level agreements
  • provide support to Junior PA / PY Specialists and our clients : HR units, co-workers and managers in all Personnel Administration and Payroll related topics
  • monitor the quality of services in your area of responsibility and partner with other internal and external departments and HR locations to address all issues thereby improving customer service levels and reducing wait times
  • support a continuous improvements processes and initiatives
  • take an active role in coaching and developing Junior PA / PY staff
  • be a vital part of an environment where the IKEA culture is a strong and living reality that embraces the diversity of both co-workers and customers
  • assume responsibility for other tasks and projects as assigned
