The Role Responsibilities

The role holder will be integral to managing HR knowledge, creating the content, supporting the stakeholders and looking for opportunities to improve the knowledge platform.

They will take part or manage different projects requiring knowledge management input. They will be also responsible for keeping the content in line with the KM standards, monitoring the changes and providing guidance to different authors.

The successful candidate should be able to :

  • Apply experience of HR Knowledge Management or managing HR content for similar organisations.
  • Apply the experience of having worked in HR or knowledge management teams or having designed and implemented HR solutions on behalf of the clients.
  • Participate in the design and implementation workshops with key stakeholders.
  • Work with a diverse range of HR and business stakeholders to build and maintain long term stakeholder relationships.
  • Develop proposals and solutions which drive ongoing improvements and enable increased self-service for employees.
  • Qualifications

  • Linguistics studies preferably - BA or BSc
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow (including ability to create story and testing in different environments) would be an asset,
  • Experience in managing processes or projects.
  • Ability to manage relations
