International Sales Incentives Team Leader with Finance Background will be part of International Sales Operations team located in Krakow.
Key responsibilities of the International SIP Team Leader with Finance background :
Responsible for end to end Sales Incentive Program for EMEA and APAC regions, including internal controls to ensure they are applied and reviewed on ongoing basis
Responsible for accurate, on time processing of all Sales Incentives calculations
Executing on-going incentive activities : making sure compensation tool is reflecting current plans for all teams, entering manual pay adjustments into compensation system, maintenance of compensation system
Manage sales incentives issue resolution process. Direct investigation / root cause analysis of problem areas and implement resolutions
Lead, manage projects and implement all SIP roadmap initiatives within the International region. Includes SIP dashboards, credit automation, and other critical GSD (Global Summit Delegation) projects as determined by the Regional Sales Operations Director.
May involve OIC (Oracle Incentive Compensation) integration work with other platforms such as Salesforce, Workday, etc.
Constantly seeking for improvement in collaboration with other teams to automate, enhance and simplify the current process to drive continuous improvement
Drive proactive communication to all key stakeholders, including regional sales leaders, HR and sales teams
Training Sales Organization on SIP process, tool which is used to monitor performance and any other SIP related topic.
Ensure team performance is at highest standard, by daily overview of activities, coaching for continues improvement, develop team strengths and improve weaknesses.
Specific Knowledge / Skills :
3-4 years of related experience as e.g. Senior Finance Controller, FP&A Expert, Payroll Expert or similar.
Advanced Excel skills
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Excellent written and spoken English ; additional European language would be an asset
Exceptional interpersonal skills , will communicate with various levels of management
Ability to work under pressure to strict deadlines
Attention to detail
Experience in Sales Operations and / or Finance is an advantage
