Job description

As a support specialist, your main tasks and activities will include :

Assuring the quality and security of data transfers based on SDWorx standards.

Track-and-trace of transfers.

Work with clients to properly and safely set-up exchange connections based on SDWorx standards.

Handling the incoming support requests from different sources in order to help out the customer or end-user.

Requested skills

Analytical thinking & problem solving skills.

Able to handle complaints and challenging customers.

Work closely with clients to analyse their needs and formulate answers.

Handle technical queries, and improve the knowledge base.

Working independently in a structured approach.

Team player who is able to work efficient and independently.

Open to learn and have new experiences.

Good understanding of relevant areas / products / user stories.

You have between 1 and 4 years of experience.
