Job Summary :

We are now strengthening our Test Management section within 4G&5G Product Integration & Release that is responsible for LTE, Multi-

Standard and 5G Test Management and are looking for a person experienced in verification. For you, this is a great opportunity to be involved in the development of LTE and 5G and to build up knowledge at the front edge of future mobile technology.

PIR TM is responsible for

  • Driving test strategy for LTE, multi-standard and 5G
  • Driving test analysis for features and legacy within LTE, multi-standard and 5G
  • Supporting LTE, multi-standard and 5G programs within test management
  • Using input from customers (Fault Slip Through, Customer configurations etc) to improve testing
  • Responsibilities :

    As a Test Manager, you will play an active and important role in the development of the LTE, Multi-standard and 5G radio access network.

    Responsibilities as part of the role include test analysis, supporting product development teams and project management driving Continuous Improvements of Products and Processes, most notably the test strategy.

    We will have a lot of challenges in the LTE, Multi-standard, 5G and O&M areas, and your contribution will be very important in those areas.

    CA phase

  • Assure that the overall test analysis of the new features and the product in a release is performed and communicated to impacted teams within PIR and Ras
  • Early input for long lead time STP requests and features with large STP impact.
  • PD phase :

  • Assure that the detailed test analysis of the new features and the product in a release is performed and communicated to all impacted teams.
  • Assure that the correct test coverage of the legacy features and product is analyzed and communicated to all impacted teams.
  • Assure efficient testing of a new features and product in a release on all test levels
  • Assure efficient legacy testing of features and products
  • Support teams with prioritization assuring the best test coverage within constraints (time, cost, resources)
  • Support that test gets done in a way that simplifies Legacy Uplift
  • Quality assurance :

  • Assure that analysis of the customer TRs and major customers configurations is performed and that improvements are identified and correctly prioritized.
  • Test Strategy Driver :

  • Test strategy driver is responsible for, in his / her respective area
  • Driving updates of Test Strategy
  • Educating on Test Strategy
  • Driving deployment of Test Strategy
  • Key Qualifications :

    In this role, you will need to take the initiative and work independently. At the same time, you need to be an effective team player and able to handle many organizational interfaces.

    You will need to work to deadlines and to be focused on results. Most importantly, we want someone who is open to learning as well as sharing their findings with others!

    You should have :

  • Several years of experience in verification
  • Experience of performing test analysis
  • Trouble shooting and integration on different system levels
  • The ability to work in teams and interest to educate others
