    WHAT’S YOUR NEW ROLE ABOUT?

    In this role you will be responsible for accurate, detailed and timely reporting of payroll within the group. This will require collecting, analysing payroll related data coupled with posting and preparing routine and ad hoc reports from the payroll area.

    A successful candidate will need to have relevant knowledge and experience, attention to detail and ability to provide accurate information in a timely and professional manner.

    He or she will also have to be self-driven and expected to communicate effectively to set up quality relationships with both internal and external stakeholders (like payroll providers).

    HERE’S YOUR ROLE BROKEN DOWN (NOT ALL OF IT, JUST THE MOST IMPORTANT STUFF)

  • Collecting, maintaining and consolidating payroll data in a timely manner
  • Controlling payroll output received from external payroll providers to ensure it is complete and accurate
  • Performing period end activities in the payroll area (posting transactions, preparing reconciliations and reports)
  • Maintaining payroll related databases to ensure data integrity between the systems including Oracle and budgeting and planning tool
  • Dealing with enquiries from employees, managers and other internal stakeholders in a timely and professional manner
  • Preparing payroll related reports and delivering other ad hoc tasks
  • DO YOU HAVE THESE ESSENTIALS ?

  • Experience in payroll (independent position)
  • Accurate with strong numerical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
  • Strong organisational skills deadline focused with ability to prioritise tasks
  • Advanced spreadsheet skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (knowledge of English a must have)
  • IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU HAD THESE DESIRABLES TOO

  • Knowledge of Oracle finance system (or equivalent)
  • Searching and goal-oriented attitude
