The Role

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to develop their career with the experience of working with a Global technology company, based in our Poznan office, you will be part of a team of 2 analysts, both based in Poznan, reporting to the Finance & Sales Operations Manager based in London.

You will be a key Finance business partner of the EMEA Sales team within the EMEA Sales Operations Team. Serve as the liaison between the Finance and Sales organizations and build relationships with key partners in the Sales organization.

Have an ability to understand sales recognition guidelines, validate and govern data and educate sales organisation on changes and sales recognition principles.

Liaise with Sales Reporting Team in NA to resolve queries & close out the period.

The Main Responsibilities

Responsible for monthly sales close process and the accurate and timely reporting of critical global sales data.

Provide analytical support to senior sales management & FP&A to evaluate sales performance.

Act as subject matter expert & first point of contact for sales employees.

Ensure sales operations policies & practices are reviewed and revised as technology & business conditions change.

Use broad sales operations & business knowledge to identify issues & opportunities.

Help to develop and deliver training to sales team on tools.

Make recommendations to enhance productivity & co-working between sales operations & other business functions.

Leverage and support development of systems in order to achieve maximum benefit in reporting & analysis.

Provide cover and facilitation for other sales operations team members and manager when required.

What We Look For in a Candidate

Minimum Requirements

  • Strong commercial background, self-starter and self-aware, ability to build strong cross-functional relationships at all levels.
  • Advanced Excel Modelling Skills, incl. data manipulation and interrogation.
  • Thorough and excellent attention to detail & analytical mind set with the ability to translate large amounts of data into actionable information.
  • Strong communication skills, including ability to articulate complex business issues in a clear and concise manner.
  • The ability to work independently or as part of a team and proactively suggest solutions and improvements to existing ways of working.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time in a fast-paced environment.
  • Preferred Requirements

  • Good working knowledge of salesforce.com including reporting capability.
  • Good understanding of accounting concepts, financial statement components and financial analysis metrics. Ability to analyse data, communicate results, and highlight key issues / focus areas for management and make recommendations.
  • Working knowledge of the PowerBI tool and the PowerQuery functions.
