Customer Success Representative with DE - relocation

Your responsibilities :

  • Monitors the funnel of expiring agreements, contacts customers up to 3 months in advance of expiration, and provides a proposal / quote to the customer / partners for the continuation of their support and products,
  • Interacts and collaborates externally with partners and end users and internally with the Client sales team,
  • Handles customer inquiries by explaining the provisions and benefits of the proposed plans; up-sells and upgrades products,
  • Actively pursues the list of lapsed customers, end users, and channel partners to sell reinstated products,
  • Ensure that all team activities that touch the customer are in alignment with the customer's business objectives and use cases so the full potential of their Client solution can be realized, through periodic Health Checks and Configuration Reviews,
  • Tracks proposals / quotes outstanding, orders received renewals rate and the current forecast for reporting to management,
  • Assists in the negotiation of contracts or maintenance agreements,
  • Participate in team meetings and take responsibility for renewals improvement initiatives and other assigned action items,
  • The obligation to report and register on time, complete and correct data required on applications and tools / application-specific internal systems.
  • Our requirements :

  • Fluent German and English is a must,
  • Proficiency in MSOffice based automation tools (Excel, Outlook, etc),
  • Handling high volume workloads,
  • Ability to work independently with limited direction in a fast-paced environment; must be a high-energy, motivated self-starter,
  • Ability to adapt to changes in roles and responsibilities,
  • Capacity for innovative thinking and problem-solving,
  • Capacity to self-improve and self-starter abilities.
  • Optional :

  • Knowledge of the virtualization industry and the ability to relay information to potential customers,
  • Previous experience Sales background and previous experience is a plus,
  • Knowledge of Salesforce.com.
