Opportunity for a Project Manager to join Honeywell in Katowice during this exciting time of expansion for our business.
As a member of the PMO team, you will work in collaboration with the General Managers and their teams to identify and deliver improvement initiatives to drive growth and productivity.
A project management office is a group within an organization responsible for defining standards and executing tasks associated with managing projects.
PMO is a team recognized for leadership, innovation and plays an integral role during the initial planning stages for any project.
The Role / Core responsibilities :
Manage and facilitate the planning, development and implementation of CS strategies during the transition of CS sites including processes, systems, data and resources with an end-to-end customer experience mindset considering implications to process performance
Effectively lead sending & receiving site project teams ensuring roles / responsibilities, deliverables support and results are clearly communicated.
Ability to develop & implement effective communications to different levels within the organization by clearly articulating project plans, status, performance, risk analysis and providing timely & appropriate escalations when required
Work as a member of transition project teams responsible for process and product analysis characterization methods and hidden factory capture
Utilize standard project management tools to review the feasibility and justification of identified initiatives
Facilitate project meetings & coordinate project RAIL’s, follow up tasks & communications to ensure functional owners are accountable for project deliverables
Maintain consistent project metrics dashboard to measure adherence to project timelines and deliverables.
Enable identification of risks and support contingency planning for resolution / mitigation

We’re looking for
Good knowledge of project management principles and expertise in processes improvement, mapping
Work experience in international environment
Ability to build strong internal and external relationships and networks in a virtual team environment
Business fluent in written and spoken English
Knowledge of Lean management / Agile
Excel and PowerPoint experience to create effective project documentations
Sig Sigma / PMP / Prince certification
Language competencies in other major European languages are an advantage (German or French preferably)
Self-awareness to work effectively in diverse and cross-functional team environment
High level of written and spoken communication and influencing skills
Strong team player with the ability to take ownership and follow-through
Drive solutions to assigned tasks utilizing a proactive approach to problem solving
