What will you do?
Work closely with vendors / customers in order to reconcile accounts at month end closing and solve discrepancies on purchase invoices
Prepare the Month End Closing Reconciliation Files
Cooperate closely with other accountants and controllers in different Schneider Electric units
Collaborate with other international departments to solve queries with invoices
Work on different systems (e.g. SAP)
Analyze open items and contact respective stakeholders in order to solve them
What will help you to be successful?
Higher education preferably in Accounting / Finance or during studies
Experience in Shared Service organization will be an asset
Good knowledge of Italian
Good knowledge of English
Knowledge of French will be an asset
Good MS Excel knowledge
Knowledge of SAP (Accounts Payable modules) would be an advantage
Eagerness to learn and to be open minded
Customer focus and team-working skills and a good sense of humor as well
