Key responsibilities :

  • Implement strategy for Eastern Europe to grow the business profitably through omnichannel Store portfolio expansion
  • Execute development plans. Build and manage the relationship with Landlords and developers and drive the transition towards excellence in real estate management
  • Support the expansion of the Store Portfolio in prime locations, thanks to an extended knowledge of the Real Estate business in the market
  • Manage and constantly assess the existing portfolio of omnichannel stores (openings, closings, contracts, locations) in order to improve the profitability of the in the markets
  • Ensure all projects are well prepared and presented for Retail Property Board approval. Provide timely and accurate store Capex and A&P updates for the Region
  • Follow up each new / existing real estate project from beginning to end (new, refits, closings, conversions), liaising to the appropriate stakeholders to ensure completion within the agreed deadlines and budget.
  • Track all real estate contracts and ensure adequate renewals / terminations. Re-negotiate existing lease contracts.

  • Develop and maintain contacts with Real Estate brokers, landlords, mall operators, and other contacts to ensure sufficient pipeline of potential store locations and to develop an in-
  • depth knowledge of the Retail Real Estate market to identify threats and opportunities for the portfolio of stores

  • Build strong internal relationships with the Key Stakeholders inside of company. Provide regular feedback to company Leadership
  • Requirments :

  • At least 5 years of experience at the position responsible for store network / Real Estate development with key focus on acquisition of new locations within branded goods industry preferably apparel, accessories, lingerie
  • Solid knowledge for existing retail projects and new developments in Eastern European markets
  • Solid experience in rental terms and lease agreements negotiations
  • Already established relationships with local developers and property brokers
  • Affinity with legal compliance and technical requirements of a commercial space and experience in retail format implementation
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Able to negotiate effectively
  • Figures minded, able to work with P&L
  • Master degree in Business Management or other relevant education
  • Very good English (both written and spoken) is a must
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office
  • Ability to travel approx. 40-50%
