Job role : Credit Control Clerk- 12 month Maternity fixed term contract.

Warsaw office : ul. Prosta 51, 5th Floor, 00-838, Warszawa

Job Summary : Credit Control across 3 EMEA ledgers

Key Responsibilities (Credit Control) :

  • Chase clients over three ledgers using phone / email on a daily basis and reduce debtor days.
  • Send out regular statements to debtors.
  • Flag up problem accounts to Credit Manager.
  • Monitoring and collection of current and overdue debts.
  • Send out reminder letters as and when required.
  • Carrying out credit checks when required.
  • Produce ad hoc client reports.
  • Able to resolve queries.
  • Contact debtors to ascertain payment dates and any reasons for non / late payments.
  • Respond to emails and telephone enquiries regarding invoicing and supply any supplementary information / documentation when requested.
  • Any other ad hoc requests as needed by Credit Manager.
  • Key Characteristics :

  • Good numeracy and MS Excel skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Fluent in English both verbally and in written English.
  • Excellent communication skills need to liaise with clients, sales staff, sales’ operations and finance staff in various locations on a daily basis.
  • Ability to prioritise workload to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent Customer Service skills and the ability to liaise with people at all levels and all locations.
  • Ability to work individually and collectively with minimal supervision.

  • Microsoft Outlook (Emails)
  • DayForce (Timesheets)
  • MS Office (Word, Excel)
  • Education :

    We prefer college educated applicants, but at minimum, high school diploma or equivalent is required for employment.
