Job Description What you need to know about this position : In this role you will be responsible for recruitment projects in Central Europe within the Experienced Hires area, your main regional focus will be Poland.
Scope of role : Recruitment : Sourcing and attracting the best possible talent, managing the end to end recruitment process (kick-off, CV screening, Phone Interviews, Offers etc.
Diversity, Equity & Inclusion; Workshops or other) Job specific requirements : Min. 2 years of experience in managing end to end recruitment processes Fluency in English and Polish - any additional European language will be a plus Experience in using Applicant Tracking Systems, ideally Workday or Avature Strong problem-solving skills with a solution oriented and hands-on attitude Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build and manage key relationships with multiple and challenging stakeholders Ability to handle and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Ability to operate in a constantly changing environment, to work through ambiguity quickly and proactively, developing new skills and knowledge University Degree (BA / MA), ideally with focus on HR We pride ourselves on having a high performing and collaborative culture where we support your career and development.
