Leads marketing activities designed to accelerate revenue and productivity in Poland through an integrated approach aligned to the focus areas of the business unit, industry, country or initiative.
Develops and executes integrated marketing campaigns which are comprised of lead generation, lead acceleration, awareness, and retention elements intended to maximize a multi-
channel approach aligned to global marketing strategy
Measures and reacts to success metrics, performs actionable analysis and makes data driven decisions to improve outcomes and ROI.
Responsible for operations and logistics of marketing activities, events and / or campaigns in accordance with the go-to-market plan
Works closely with Marketing Shared Services and other stakeholders in order to maximize efficiency of the marketing mix within programs and campaigns
Works as a key liaison to multiple functions across SAS and communicates about plans and results in an effective and consistent way to all stakeholders involved
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Business administration / management / marketing degree and a minimum of 10 years of marketing experience with 10 years in a B-
2-B field ICT sector is an advantage.
Considerable knowledge of marketing concepts including go-to-market, content and communications, digital, social and email strategies and business-to-business acumen
Confidence to work in a matrix organization
Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with a wide variety of audiences
Good organizational, project management and facilitation skills and ability to work independently or part of a team local, regional, EMEA and Global team alignment and work on a daily basis with different teams is required.
Excellent understanding of marketing communication concepts and sound proficiency in key internal and external software applications
Strong copy writing, proof reading and editing skills
Fluent in English for both verbal and written communication
Previous experience in multi-cultural environment is an asset.
Previous experience in a matrix organization is an asset.
