ABOUT THIS JOB
You will be responsible for developing and managing long-term relationships with assigned customers on a day-to-day basis and connecting with key business executives and stakeholders.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Developing a comprehensive understanding of the core Nielsen Brandbank service, as well as any additional value add services, to ensure you are able to service them effectively, track customer usage against allowance, and answer any queries that your customer base might raise.

Working within the Brandbank systems and owning processes to support with client requirements
General Query resolution and ensuring that any significant issues are escalated internally through the appropriate channels in a timely manner as and when necessary.
Regular reporting according to customer & business needs.
Maintenance of the accuracy of data in the CRM system; thus ensuring excellent customer base knowledge.
Working closely with the Senior Client Development Manager to achieve account objectives.
REQUIREMENTS
Fluent in English (must- have)
Good command of the (Excel) Microsoft & Google Suite
Affinity for e-business & e-commerce or the FMCG sector
Ambitious and willing to create relationships
Organized and able to apply good time management
Knowledge in market research and FMCG is a plus
