  • Good administration skills and organization skills with attention to detail
  • Good knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, knowledge of SAP will be an advantage
  • Good written and oral communication skills of German and English
  • Bachelor or Degree, preferable in HR & Payroll area or related area
  • Experience in Payroll, Finance or HR Services is a plus
  • Duties :

  • Maintain internal database files and tables
  • Compile data for analysis and reporting, and may perform routine analyses
  • Preparation and quality check of payroll documents to the client or third parties
  • Support the monthly and annual payroll processing
  • Answer general inquiries and specific payroll
  • questions in cooperation with our payroll specialist

  • Processes personnel forms, records statistics and handles highly confidential material
