As a part of HR Transformation & Digitalization team, you will be focused on building end to end automation process solutions that meets business requirements.
You will work within project planning constrains, owning the technical part of the prepared to-be concepts. Most of the responsibility will be RPA development by yourself and in cooperation with RPA vendor, however in scope of the role there are also Workday post-
implementation steps and forms or workflows developments (using GoogleForms and other tools). The key advantage of this position is a possibility to work as a part of the HR team, learning how to drive the change from inside perspective and having direct, immediate effect of your job on one time.
HR Digitalization Analyst
Main Responsibilities :
Design, code, and develop automation using UiPath in accordance with company automation tool design principles and conventions
Analyze HR current needs and take part in preparation the best HR automation solutions
Collaborate with HR process analyst, process experts and transformation manager for process identification and feasibility
Design process workflows using UiPath / RPA and GoogleForms tools including building, testing and implementing quality RPA solutions
Cooperate with cross-functional groups (Workday and eNova (payroll system) technical teams, RPA vendor) to implement end to end processes and solutions touchpoints / integration
Assist in the preparation and documentation of software requirements and specifications
Analyze test results and assist in delivery of solutions to HR areas
Assist in the development and maintenance of user manuals and guidelines
Skills Required :
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Experience with UiPath or other RPA technologies (Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism)
Any experience in programming (including scripting / coding), SQL and relational databases, and application development
Experience with process analysis, design and implementation (including UAT and bug fixes)
Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
Basic understanding of Lean Six Sigma process methodologies
Strong interpersonal skills from communication and listening attitude to collaboration and openness to feedback
English written and spoken advanced level
