Key Responsibilities :

Manage tasks and technical people according to project needs;

Manage and inspire team, increasing commitment and aligning expectations;

Guarantee overall delivery quality and OutSystems behaviours.

Main requirements

Desired Qualifications :

1-year Tech Lead experience (mandatory) ;

Strong experience in web application development, process design, project delivery practices, and understanding the trade-off between technical debt and speed (mandatory) ;

Experience and technical skills in architecture patterns, solutions design, and web application performance (mandatory) ;

Fluency in English, written and spoken (mandatory) ;

Degree in computer science or another technical related field;

Experience in Agile scrum methodologies.

Customer Orientation and Interpersonal Skills;

High level of creativity and ability to think out of the box;

Personal energy and ability to inspire teams and individuals;

Transparency and the ability to establish trust and supportive relationships.
