Responsible for provision of effective Business Risk and Control reporting function for CSO GS UKMEA.

Role specifics :

  • Provide managerial support to direct reports, including the facilitation of one to one meetings, PPR reviews and other managerial support
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations and that escalation procedures are followed
  • Production and / or review of UK CSO Breach (FCA COLL) tracking and reporting
  • Production and / or review of UK CSO Breach remediation tracking and reporting (remediation and compensation)
  • Production and / or review of UK CSO Breach remediation review and action closure prior to onwards communication to the UIK Business Control team
  • Produce and / or review UK CSO Breach MI reporting for UK Risk reporting (KRI) and Breach Dashboard for Governance reporting
  • Assess, monitor and analyse trends arising from UK CSO (FCA COLL) breach data
  • Review UK CSO breach files for consistency, content and accurate root cause reporting
  • Produce and / or review Monthly Client KRI reports for applicable CSO clients
  • Produce and / or review Quarterly Client KRI reports for applicable CSO clients
  • Ownership of the CSO Breach Workstation
  • Maintain, action and test prior to implementation change requests for the CSO Breach Workstation
  • Maintain and action user requests for the CSO Breach Workstation
  • Maintain UK Breach CC email address
  • Assist with tracking and monitor UK Business Control deliverables
  • Provide support on various ad hoc tasks and projects as applicable
  • Required Qualifications :

  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience with a focus in related field preferred
  • 1-3 years of related experience.
  • Working knowledge of an Operational Risk and controls based controls environment
  • Working knowledge and understanding of the UK Regulatory Framework
  • Working knowledge and understanding of the UK Breach reporting process for COLL and IMA
  • Working knowledge and understand of the custody and fund administration industry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications
  • Ability to be flexible and to adapt to changing circumstances
  • Exhibits strong attention to detail
