Who are we looking for?
Requirements :
Experience with : application exploitation, Unix / Linux / Windows system support
Knowledge of Middleware technologies (Apache, Tomcat, Websphere, Esigate, Jahia, Varnish etc..)
Experience with a scheduling tool (BMC Control-M)
Good verbal & written English (French would be a plus)
Readiness for on-call duties
Nice to have :
Experience with scripting
An asset would be :
ITIL awareness
What will you do?
We are currently looking for an Infrastructure Engineer to join a team providing L2 / L3 support for our customers.
Administration of customer’s applications
Batch scheduling
Performing changes and tasks according to standardized as well as non-standard operating procedures
Handling incidents and major incidents according to agreed SLAs
Planning & applying patches and system upgrades
Support release updates
Main accountabilities :
Taking ownership of the delivery and be the point of contact for customers and counterparts
Ensuring customer satisfaction and respect of the SLA
Driving continuous improvement
Assuring proper resources allocation for projects whenever needed
Who will you be working with?
We are providing L2 / L3 Technical Application support and batch management for our customers, we are working with various IT technologies and tools BMC Control-M scheduler, Websphere, EAI IIB, WMB, WMQ , ,Apache, Tomcat, Varnish, Esigate.
