About you :
As the Engineering Manager , you’ll be responsible for defining standards related to our technologies and engineering positions.
Also, your responsibility will be to inspire excellence in our developers in cooperation with mentors and other Leaders.

What you bring to the team :
Min. 5 years of professional experience in the product development life cycle supported with success stories in the implementation of the highest standards in those products.
Experience with product development consultation with multiple clients across multiple products.
Min 1 year of experience with mentoring and training software developers.
Experience with defining, implementing, and maintaining the code engineering standards together with career paths and requirements for new tech positions in the company.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills - empathy is very important in order to understand other people's needs.
Strong time management skills and the ability to evaluate and balance competing priorities.
Analytical mind and attention to detail.
Knowledge of modern tools and techniques to improve efficiency and optimize production processes (lean, six sigma, etc.).
Knowledge of Scrum framework and Agile.
Open, collaborative, and communicative work style.
What you will do :
Support your teams and participate in complex challenges related to product development
Influence and inspire excellence in engineers related to both project work and their self-development
Develop and refine areas connected with evaluation and development such as : competency matrices, career paths and define standards related to them
Liaise with HR and Recruitment teams to recruit and hire the best talent
Train, guide, and support engineers’ development in cooperation with mentors
Onboard and set up development goals for engineers for the trial period and beyond
Define, negotiate and implement salary ranges
Plan, define and implement departmental OKRs.
