Ecolab is seeking a Marketing & Sales Support to support senior management and team members. In this role, you will participate in various projects and activities and provide advanced administrative support to leaders and the business.

We are looking for a driven and resourceful Marketing & Sales Support who wants to work in an exciting and challenging environment.

  • What You Will Do :

  • Pull reports and information from Ecolab systems
  • Prepare reports, analysis, statistics based on available data
  • Distribute reports to stakeholders
  • Compile and edit presentation details from multiple people and sources
  • Create, organize and manage various SharePoint sites and shared drives
  • Track the metrics of the business (product launches, sales growth, assessment of overall product offerings)
  • Assist marketing manager and the team in execution of marketing plans
  • Provide support to the sales team
  • Effectively work with internal and external partners to provide collaterals and ensures accuracy of processes and materials
  • Prepare and share necessary documentation
  • Exercise judgment and make decisions to promote smooth workflow and prioritization
  • Location : Kraków, Poland

    Business / Division / Leader role will support :

    Minimum Qualifications :

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PPT)
  • Immigration sponsorship is not available for this position
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1 year of administrative experience
  • Excellent Excel skills with high interest in reports, analysis and statistics
  • Advanced in English (written & verbal) with good communication & presentation skills
  • Critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Learning agility; Ability to quickly gain knowledge of organizational operations, procedures, and staff
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple, competing priorities to meet deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong customer service focus
  • Ability to work independently, as well as collaborate in a team environment
  • Process oriented, adaptable, reliable, flexible and approachable
  • Ability to anticipate needs, be resourceful, and use sound judgment and tact
