DESCRIPTION

Currently we are looking for a Data Analytics Consultant for our Warsaw office to make the Team even stronger.

Responsibilities

Manage consulting engagements, overall delivery, and the quality of the output

Build and manage customer relationship

Plan and initiate required elicitation / discovery activities to engage both business and IT stakeholders

Contribute to building the data transformation strategies for our customers

Design and drive stakeholder workshops / interviews to define and prioritize their strategic and immediate needs

Own and actively contribute to the project consulting deliverables, such as vision statements, assessment deck, roadmaps, etc

Work in close collaboration with Solution Architects and Technical Leads to design the architecture that address strategic business needs

Implement industry best-practices following BI trends

Be Involved into conceptualization to help Business Analysis and Data Analysis teams with direction setting

Contribute to data competency best practice materials

Drive presale activities

Mentor others

Requirements

5+ years of total experience in data and analytics domain, 2+ years on project / program leading roles

Experience in working with senior business and IT stakeholders, as well as end-users

Solid knowledge of data and analytics landscape and recent trends

Experience in end-to-end data and analytics project delivery as part of the team (i.e. data lake, DWH, advanced analytics solutions, BI / reporting, AI / ML, etc.)

Ability to take ownership for end results and manage others to get there

Excellent communication skills. Ability to manage customer expectations, present and explain project deliverables to senior stakeholders

English level : C1+
